Padel Coach

PADEL DŽUS, a new indoor padel club opening soon in Prague, is looking for motivated Padel Coaches to join our project.

We are open to two types of profiles:

  • Experienced coaches interested in taking a lead coach role and helping shape our academy.

  • Young coaches who want to grow, learn, and develop their career with us.

If you love padel, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of building a new club from zero, we’d love to talk.
The exact role (head coach or development coach) will depend on your experience and personal goals.

Receptionist / Bar Staff

At Padel Džus, we are looking for a friendly and positive person who is not afraid of a new challenge and wants to help us launch a brand-new padel club.
No rocket science here – what matters most to us is common sense, good communication and enjoying making people feel welcome. Can you greet players with a smile and keep the good vibes going even when the courts fill up fast? 

What you will be responsible for

  • Working with a PC and operating the reservation system

  • Assisting customers in the padel equipment shop

  • Preparing and selling drinks and light refreshments
    (experience in hospitality is a plus, but not a requirement)

  • Supporting events – tournaments, corporate events and other padel highlights

  • Complete care of the bar (cleanliness, stock control – making sure the Džus never runs out )

    What we expect from you

  • You are friendly, helpful, reliable and communicative

  • You can handle unexpected situations and are not afraid to improvise

  • English doesn’t scare you (even as a beginner – the key is not being afraid to speak)

  • Previous experience is not required – a willingness to learn and be part of the padel community matters more
