General Terms & Conditions

PADEL DŽUS s.r.o.

These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the facilities, services, and booking system operated by PADEL DŽUS s.r.o. (“PADEL DŽUS”, “we”, “our”, or “the club”).

By creating an account, making a booking, or entering the club premises, you agree to these Terms.

1. Club Concept & Membership

PADEL DŽUS operates as a private sports club.

Access to the club and its services is granted to registered members. Membership is free of charge and is obtained by creating an account in the club’s booking system.

Membership registration is completed through our official booking platform:

By registering, members gain access to:

• court reservations

• open matches

• events and tournaments

• club communications and updates

The club reserves the right to suspend or remove a member’s access in cases of misuse of the booking system, violation of these Terms, or inappropriate conduct.

2. Bookings & Payments

Court reservations must be made through the official PADEL DŽUS booking system.

Bookings may be paid using:

• online payment methods available in the booking platform

• prepaid credits stored in the user account

A reservation is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed.

The club reserves the right to modify prices, booking rules, or time slots when necessary.

3. Open Matches & Split Payments

The booking system allows players to create open matches where additional players may join and share the cost of the court.

For these reservations:

• each participant pays their individual share of the booking

• the match is confirmed only when all required player spots are filled and paid

If an open match is not completed and fully paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled start, the system may automatically cancel the match.

In such cases:

• the reserved court becomes available for new bookings

• payments made by players are refunded as credits to their booking account

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Members may cancel a confirmed booking through the booking system.

Cancellation conditions:

• cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start time are eligible for a refund in the form of account credits

• cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time are non-refundable

Refunds are provided only as credits within the booking system.

Credits remain available in the user account and may be used for future reservations or services offered by the club.

The club reserves the right to cancel bookings due to operational reasons, maintenance, or exceptional circumstances. In such cases, affected users will receive a refund in credits.

5. Late Arrival Policy

Players are expected to arrive on time for their reservation.

If a court remains unused 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, PADEL DŽUS reserves the right to release the court and make it available for other players.

Late arrival does not extend the original booking time, and the reservation will still end at the scheduled time.

6. Use of Facilities

All members and visitors must respect the club facilities and other players.

The following rules apply:

• appropriate sports clothing and non-marking indoor sports shoes must be worn on court

• players under 15 years of age must be supervised by an adult

• smoking is prohibited inside the facility

• alcohol or drug abuse is strictly prohibited

• aggressive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other players will not be tolerated

The club reserves the right to ask individuals who violate these rules to leave the premises.

7. Equipment

Padel rackets and other equipment may be available for rent or purchase at the club.

Members are responsible for any rented equipment during the rental period and must return it in good condition.

Any damage caused by misuse may result in a charge to cover repair or replacement.

8. Personal Belongings

Players are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the club.

PADEL DŽUS is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to items left in lockers, changing rooms, or other areas of the facility.

Items found in the club will be stored for a limited period before disposal.

9. Safety & Liability

Participation in sports activities at PADEL DŽUS is undertaken at the player’s own risk.

Players are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to participate in sporting activities.

The club is not liable for injuries sustained during play unless caused by proven negligence of the club.

Players are responsible for any damage they cause to club facilities or equipment.

10. Events, Coaching & Organized Activities

PADEL DŽUS may organize tournaments, coaching sessions, leagues, and other sporting or social events at the club.

Members may not organize tournaments, commercial activities, coaching sessions, or other organized events at the club without prior approval from PADEL DŽUS.

Any coaching, training sessions, or paid sporting instruction conducted at the club must be authorized in advance by PADEL DŽUS. Unauthorized coaching or commercial activities are not permitted.

The club reserves the right to restrict or stop any activity that has not been approved or that interferes with the normal operation of the facility.

Participation in official club events may be subject to specific rules or conditions, which will be communicated at the time of registration.

By participating in events organized at PADEL DŽUS, players may appear in photographs or videos used for promotional purposes unless they explicitly request otherwise.

11. Court Availability & Operational Changes

PADEL DŽUS reserves the right to temporarily close courts or modify court availability due to:

• tournaments or official club events

• maintenance or technical issues

• safety reasons

• operational requirements of the club

When possible, affected bookings will be canceled in advance and refunded as credits in the booking system.

12. Data Protection

Personal data collected through the booking system or website is processed in accordance with applicable Czech and EU data protection regulations.

13. Changes to the Terms

PADEL DŽUS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms when necessary.

The current version of the Terms will always be available on the club’s website.

Continued use of the booking system or club facilities after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes arising from the use of the club’s services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Czech courts.
